Doug Chapman - Founder and Managing Director

Doug has been helping organizations align and integrate their people management processes for more than 30 years. He has worked with clients in a vast array of businesses, including aerospace, banking, conservation, gaming, government services, hospitality, health care, nuclear power generation, retail operations and security.

His uncommon ability to isolate, examine and re-integrate business processes achieves outstanding results for his clients. Doug naturally motivates genuine enthusiasm and commitment in others. He believes in respecting people for the contributions they can make, engaging them

 

with reasons to be excited about where their organization is headed and effectively, consistently managing individual understanding and opportunities to realize that future.

He has developed a reputation in the marketplace for bringing new insights, a practical perspective and strong process skills to the achievement of results.

Kimbal’s first contact with enCompassing Visions was as a customer. The program so impressed him that he joined the team that developed it in 2004, and we’ve been grateful every day since.

After graduating from Red Deer College at the top of his class in Computer Systems Technology, Kimbal remained with the college to work in the programming/system analysis field. Since then, he has managed and contributed to the analysis, design, development, implementation, security, support, maintenance and training of proprietary software systems within Red Deer College, the Alberta Mental Health Board and David Thompson Health Region.

Kimbal’s expertise with an impressive array of development and support tools is a great benefit for our clients.

Kimbal is one of those rare people in information technology - he naturally and easily finds the right balance between being a strong analyst who quickly resolves problems and an empathetic, understanding communicator. His can-do attitude is much appreciated by both the enCV staff and our clients.

 

Lisa has more than 30 years of experience in customer service, sales, event marketing and management, including 20 years in the tourism industry. Her consistently successful history in exposition management, product sales, marketing and customer support is due in part to her talent for building and maintaining relationships.

She imbues her work with a positive perspective, attention to detail, and follow-up that people appreciate—whether they are clients or not. Lisa has the ability to perceive business from every participant’s viewpoint, and people appreciate that, too.

With her dynamic personality and knowledge of sales and service, Lisa creates excitement about enCompassing Visions. Her passionate and genuine enthusiasm comes from a keen awareness of marketplace needs and a firm belief in the support team that develops and maintains this software technology.

Richelle's background in communications and community engagement enables her to understand, interpret and act on the needs of clients. She knows how to listen, and foster an ongoing rapport with clients to manage expectations, address concerns and maintain the excellent level of relationship and support that enCompassing Vision clients have come to expect.

Richelle has an MA in Communications and more than 20 years of experience as a communications professional in the broadcasting and nonprofit sectors where she has managed large and small scale client projects. She has broad experience in problem-solving through improved communications messaging and processes. While attentive to details, Richelle is also a strategic thinker and project manager. She understands the big picture issues which clients are seeking to address while drilling into the potential solutions that the software provides.

Her leadership experience combined with her core values of  listening, engaging, respecting, and serving clients make her a great asset to the enCompassing Visions team.
